What to know before you ship: delivery times, packaging and restricted items.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the service you choose and the destination. We confirm the estimate when your shipment is booked, and the tracking page always shows the latest expected date.

Packaging guidelines
- Use a strong outer box and fill empty space so items cannot move.
- Wrap fragile items individually and mark the box as fragile.
- Remove old labels and attach the new label to the largest flat side.
- Seal all seams with strong packing tape.
Restricted and prohibited items
For safety and legal reasons we cannot carry explosives, flammable liquids and gases, weapons, illegal substances, cash and live animals. Some items, such as batteries, perfume and food, need special handling. Ask us before you book if you are unsure.
Insurance
Every shipment includes basic liability cover. For valuable goods we recommend additional cargo insurance, which we can arrange when you book.
Customs and duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. Our customs team prepares the paperwork and tells you in advance what to expect.
